Is The Certificate Expire Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Should Be Updated?

According to the 11th paragraph of article 5 of the regulation; suppliers update their safety data sheets without losing time in the following cases:

I. Information that may affect risk management measures or when new information on hazards is obtained,
II. When restriction or prohibition is introduced.

Therefore; SDSs need to be updated as mentioned above, it is not necessary to update SDS at the time when the certificate is valid.
