In which Laboratory are Biocidal Product Analyzes Performed?

With the Regulation on Amendments to the Biocidal Products Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 30/12/2021 and numbered 31705, the definition of authorized laboratory is only valid for pest control group biocidal products. In this case, biocidal product analyzes with other product types can be carried out by organizations that are certified to comply with the provisions of the Regulation on the Supervision of Good Laboratory Practices and Studies, OR (Only Representative) are accredited in the test method, OR have completed validation/verification studies in the test method.

For the 2nd and 4th Main Group Biocidal Products, if you have data on analyzes conducted abroad, you can submit them to the Ministry for evaluation along with their Turkish translations.
