When was the new ITversion released and when did it become functional ?

The new version of the IT System was presented on 22nd of December 2010 at a conference in Istanbul. At that date the former accounts were not yet transferred to the system. Then, the system was not functioning properly for a while. Altough it is still not fully tested, basic parts of the system have been working since 10th of January 2011.
