We as CRAD team are providing SDS Compliance Services to all chemical industry in and abroad. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is a document that provides health and safety information to the recipient of a dangerous chemical. It is designed to provide the employer with sufficient information to be able to assess the risks of using the product and to put appropriate safety measures and procedures in place. An SDS prepared in accordance with up-to-date legislation and comprising of applicable information will be your obligation and responsibility to the community.


It is an obligation that SDSs should be product specific and prepared by your company. The SDSs which will be prepared based on precedent ones may face your company with certain sanctions in case of detection of incorrect and non-compliant information and may also result with some disadvantages with regard to sales and transport due to the product/ substance classifications which would not be attributed to the intrinsic properties of your product.


The transport information’s on substances or mixtures specific which are given in the section 14 of the SDS have been performed in accordance with up-to-date international transport regulations by the CRAD team who has the various experiences in this field.


SDS preparers in Turkey must be certified by an accredited organization according to Regulation No. 30105 and Annex XVIII, due to this reason, CRAD has a certified team who have competence in the field of SDS generating with their various experiences.


Besides that, we are providing your company to prepare extended SDSs –e-SDS- which should include exposure scenarios related to the use of chemical product is a legal obligation set out by REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006. If the product 10 tone or above and classified as hazardous, e-SDS should be prepared.
